Considering a Real Estate Career?
Completion of the "Principles and Practices of Real Estate" is a requirement prior
to taking the state licensing examination to obtain the Connecticut. Real Estate
License. We currently have 5 locations throughout the state of Connecticut offering
the 60 hour pre-license course on various schedules including classes conducted
on an "ongoing" basis.
RI requires 45 hours of pre-license real estate training prior to taking the state
licensing exam and we offer this training on an "ongoing basis".
